How it works

One Flat Monthly Rate. Nothing Hidden.

  1. 01 We talkTwenty minutes on the phone. We ask what you have now and who looks after it. You get a straight read on what's exposed.
  2. 02 You get a priceOne flat monthly number based on how many computers and locations you have. In writing, with what's covered spelled out.
  3. 03 We install itFirewall in and configured, protection software on every computer, backups running for your servers and workstations. We do the setup.
  4. 04 We run it 24/7Monitoring, patching, license renewals, restore tests, and a report you can actually read. Nothing for you to remember.

Why this matters

Nobody Is Picking You. That's the Problem.

There is no attacker studying your company deciding you’re worth the effort. The scanning is automated — it knocks on every door on the internet and walks through the ones that aren’t locked. It doesn’t check your revenue first.

  • 29% of small-business breaches traced back to unpatched vulnerabilities in edge devices — the router or firewall at your front door.
  • 96% of ransomware cases where the victim's size was known involved small or mid-sized businesses. Small doesn't mean invisible.
  • 69% of ransomware victims refused to pay last year, up from 65%. The ones who can refuse are the ones who can restore.

Source: Verizon 2026 Data Breach Investigations Report. Verizon counts organizations under 1,000 employees as small or mid-sized. The 69% figure is dataset-wide and Verizon credits stronger defenses and greater victim resilience generally — the emphasis on backups is ours.

What's included

Three Layers. One Bill.

Three products, one monthly bill. Here’s exactly what you get and what we do with it.

1. Your firewall

You get: a licensed business firewall with an active protection subscription.

We do: install it, configure it for your network, keep the license current, apply firmware updates, and watch it 24/7. If it goes down or something tries to get through, we know before you do.

2. Every computer

You get: security software on every workstation and server you cover.

We do: monitor all of them around the clock and respond when something trips — isolate the machine, stop the process, call you. A real person acts on it, not just an alert nobody reads.

3. Your backups

You get: backup for your servers and workstations, encrypted and stored offsite.

We do: run it nightly, check that it actually completed, and test restores on a schedule — then send you the proof. A backup nobody has ever restored is a hope, not a plan.

Risk check

Twenty Minutes. Straight Answers.

We ask what firewall you have, who patches it, where your backups go, and whether anyone has ever tested a restore. You get a straight summary of what’s exposed. No obligation — and if you don’t need us, we’ll tell you that.

Who this is for

Built for Businesses Like Yours

  • Medical, dental, legal & financial Where "we think we're compliant" isn't an answer. We build the paper trail — documented firewall rules, access logs, retention policies, restore reports — so it exists before an auditor asks.
  • Shops, trades & offices Ten to a hundred computers, no IT person on staff, and a firewall nobody has logged into since it was installed. This is the common case, and it's the one we fix most.
  • Anyone in a storm zone If your only copy of everything lives on a server in the back closet, that's the same building, the same water, the same storm. Offsite and restore-tested is the whole point.
  • Anyone with a cyber policy Your renewal asked whether you have two-step login, a managed firewall, and offsite backups. Somebody checked yes. We make those answers true and documented, so the policy pays when you need it.

Questions We Get Asked

What exactly do I get?

Three things. A licensed business firewall with an active protection subscription, installed and managed by us. Security software on every computer and server you cover, monitored 24/7 with a real person responding when something trips. And backup for those servers and workstations, encrypted, offsite, and restore-tested on a schedule. One flat monthly bill covers all of it.

How much does it cost?

It depends on how many computers and locations you have, so we won’t guess at you on a web page. Ten minutes on the phone gets you a real number in writing — not a range, and not a number that changes after you sign.

Do I have to buy the firewall?

Not separately. The firewall license and its protection subscription are included in your monthly rate, and we keep both current so there’s nothing for you to renew or remember. We size it to your network, install it, and manage it as part of the service.

What does "monitored 24/7" actually mean?

It means someone is watching, not just something. Alerts from your firewall and every protected computer come into our system around the clock. When one trips, a person looks at it, and if it’s real we act — isolate the machine, stop the process, and call you. Most clients hear from us before they notice anything themselves.

We already have an IT company. Is this worth a call?

A lot of our clients did too. We’re happy to be a second opinion on just the firewall and the backups. If your current setup checks out, we’ll tell you that plainly and you’ve spent twenty minutes. If it doesn’t, you’d want to know either way.

Do I have to sign a long contract?

We’ll walk you through the terms before you sign anything, and you’ll have it in writing. Nothing starts until you understand what it costs and what it covers.

Isn't our data already backed up because it's in Microsoft 365?

Microsoft protects Microsoft’s infrastructure. Recovering your files after someone deletes them, or after ransomware encrypts them, is still your responsibility under their shared responsibility model. That surprises most people, and it’s one of the first things we check.

We're small. Are we really a target?

Nobody is choosing you specifically, and that’s the point. The scanning is automated — it knocks on every door on the internet all day and walks through the ones that aren’t locked. It doesn’t check your revenue first. Being small mostly means you’re less likely to have anyone watching.

Where do you work?

We’re based in Panama City and cover the Florida Panhandle on site — Bay, Walton, Okaloosa, Gulf, Washington and Jackson counties. Everything in this service is managed and monitored remotely, so we support clients well beyond that. If you’re outside the Panhandle, call and we’ll tell you honestly whether we’re the right fit.
