What exactly is the Lead Response Report Card?

It’s a free five-minute mystery shop of your own business. We submit your web form, call your main line after hours, send a text, and message your Facebook page — then we time every response and send you a one-page scorecard with the real numbers. Most owners are surprised. It’s yours whether or not you ever talk to us again.

How much does Engage cost?

Two plans. Engage Core is $197/mo plus a $750 setup, and you run it day to day. Engage Pro is $597/mo plus a $1,500 build fee, and we build your automations, funnels and reporting for you. Both include usage credit for texts and calls, with no per-seat charges. It’s a 90-day agreement and then month to month, and existing Flux Labs clients save 20% on the monthly.

Can you just run the whole thing for us?

Not right now, and we’d rather say so than overpromise. Engage Pro is our top tier — we build the automations, funnels and reporting, and meet with you monthly, but someone on your side owns the inbox day to day. If you need a fully outsourced marketing department, we’re not the right fit yet and we’ll tell you that on the first call.

Do I have to change my phone number?

No. We keep your existing number and route through it, so customers see the number they have always called.

Will this replace my scheduling or job software?

No, and it shouldn’t. Engage handles everything before the job — the lead, the quote, the follow-up. Your field or practice software keeps doing what it already does well, and the two hand off cleanly.

Is my team going to hate it?
