What is managed IT?
Managed IT means an outside team looks after your computers, network, email, security and backups for a flat monthly fee, watching for problems and fixing them early instead of billing by the hour after something breaks. Our guide What is managed IT? explains it in full.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in Panama City and serve all of Bay County, including Panama City Beach, Lynn Haven, Callaway, Parker and Springfield, plus Destin, Fort Walton Beach, Niceville, Navarre and Santa Rosa Beach. See all locations.
How much does managed IT cost?
It's one flat monthly fee based on how many people and devices you have and what you need covered. We don't publish prices because a five-person office and a city hall need different things. A 15-minute call is enough to give you a real number.
How quickly do you respond?
A technician answers when you call during business hours and starts on the problem right away. Most requests are fixed remotely on that first call. Urgent problems are covered 24/7 for managed clients.
Do you work with businesses that already have an IT person?
Yes. We can take over everything, or work alongside your IT person, covering the help desk, security monitoring and after-hours so they can focus on bigger projects.
