Our work

Things we've built for Bay County.

Most days we keep local businesses and cities running. We also build tools our neighbors use every day. Here's the biggest one, and the clients behind our case studies.

BayCounty.me

Bay County public records in plain view. Trash day and schools, beaches and storms, your tax bill and who decides how it's spent, without filing a request or digging through a PDF.

  • Type in an address to see the tax bill, trash day, zoned schools, evacuation zone and who represents you
  • See where each dollar of property tax goes, and compare budgets year to year
  • Look up contracts, vendors and every recorded vote on money decisions
  • Meeting agendas, public notices, beach flags and storm alerts in one place
  • Every figure links back to the public record it came from

Why we built it

Public records should be easy to read.

We live and work here. The county and every city already publish budgets, contracts, votes and meeting agendas, but they're spread across dozens of websites and PDFs. BayCounty.me pulls them into one place and keeps them up to date. It's free, has no ads, doesn't track you, and isn't paid for by any government, candidate or campaign.

  • Built and run by the Flux Labs team in Panama City
  • Updated every day from public sources
  • Works on phones, in English and Spanish
  • Anyone can send a correction or a missing record
