What does your IT really cost?
An IT person costs a lot more than their paycheck. Add up salary, benefits, taxes, training, tools and turnover, then compare it with a managed IT provider. Nothing you type leaves your browser.

Questions people ask
Where do the salary numbers come from?
They are rounded from U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics averages for the Panama City area (May 2023): about $51,000 a year for an IT support tech and $88,000 for a network or systems administrator. Change them to match what you pay or have been quoted.
Why count benefits, taxes and turnover?
Salary is only part of what an employee costs. Health insurance, retirement, payroll taxes, training, tools and the cost of replacing someone who leaves often add 40 to 60 percent on top of the paycheck.
Is the managed IT range Flux Labs pricing?
No. It is a typical range for fully managed IT, with security and backup included, across the industry. Every office is different, so the best way to know your number is a short call.
Do I have to choose one or the other?
No. Many offices keep an IT person on staff and add a managed IT provider for after-hours monitoring, security and backup. We call that co-managed IT.
