What exactly do I get?

How much does it cost?
It depends on how many computers and locations you have, so we won’t guess at you on a web page. Ten minutes on the phone gets you a real number in writing — not a range, and not a number that changes after you sign.
Do I have to buy the firewall?
Not separately. The firewall license and its protection subscription are included in your monthly rate, and we keep both current so there’s nothing for you to renew or remember. We size it to your network, install it, and manage it as part of the service.
What does "monitored 24/7" actually mean?
It means someone is watching, not just something. Alerts from your firewall and every protected computer come into our system around the clock. When one trips, a person looks at it, and if it’s real we act — isolate the machine, stop the process, and call you. Most clients hear from us before they notice anything themselves.
We already have an IT company. Is this worth a call?
A lot of our clients did too. We’re happy to be a second opinion on just the firewall and the backups. If your current setup checks out, we’ll tell you that plainly and you’ve spent twenty minutes. If it doesn’t, you’d want to know either way.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
We’ll walk you through the terms before you sign anything, and you’ll have it in writing. Nothing starts until you understand what it costs and what it covers.
Isn't our data already backed up because it's in Microsoft 365?
Microsoft protects Microsoft’s infrastructure. Recovering your files after someone deletes them, or after ransomware encrypts them, is still your responsibility under their shared responsibility model. That surprises most people, and it’s one of the first things we check.
We're small. Are we really a target?
